Introductory note by Pete McLaughlin, circa 2014


In 1978 Dennis Stephens published his self help therapy for mental healing.  That technique was published in the public domain in his book "The Resolution of Mind" also known by its acronymn as TROM.  The book was transcribed by Greg Pickering from the research notes of Dennis Stephens.

In 2009 I read the TROM book and began looking for other research on the mind by Dennis Stephens.  In 2010 I found 60 cassette tapes by Dennis Stephens on his research for the TROM manual and subsequent research up to 1994.

 This site is a dowload source for all of the writings and audio files from Dennis Stephens concerning his life and the mental healing process called TROM.
